What Do You Need to Bring?

Getting a new pair of glasses is always an exciting time for us at Elan Optical. To help make sure we provide you with options that suit your visual needs and lifestyle, please bring a copy of your most recent lens prescription and your current eyewear, if possible.

Our experienced team is here to help you every step of the way. Our stylists consider your visual needs and day-to-day life to provide you with frames that fit comfortably, look great, and bring you the clarity you deserve.

Elan Optical Warranties

Frame Warranty

All frames sold at Elan Optical carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If something happens, contact us for a repair or replacement.

Lens Warranty

All anti-reflection coated lenses have a 2-year warranty with unlimited redos on cracks or scratches. All other lenses are covered for 1 year with 1 redo.

Prescription Corrections

If your doctor changes your prescription within the first 3 months of purchase, we can offer new lenses with your correct prescription at no additional charge.

Insurance Information

Elan Optical is an open-access provider, meaning we can locate your optical insurance, ascertain your eligibility, and provide you with available benefits. We do all the paperwork, subtract your out-of-network benefits from your invoice, or arrange payment directly to you.
